Tucked where Highway 50 meets the Arkansas River, we've built a neighborhood hangout that pours great coffee before noon and craft cocktails after — all under one warm, welcoming roof.
The Crossroads Cafe opened its doors in 2016 at the intersection of Highway 50 and downtown Salida — a spot that's always been a natural gathering place for locals, hikers, and anyone passing through the Arkansas Valley.
We started as a coffee counter with a dream and a secondhand espresso machine. Today we're a full-service cafe and bar with a team that treats every guest like they just walked into their living room. Our menu changes with the seasons, our coffee is roasted locally, and our cocktail program is built around Colorado spirits.
From sunrise coffee to sunset sips — here's what waiting for you at the Crossroads.
Don't take our word for it — hear from the people who make this place theirs.
"I come here every morning before work. The staff knows my order by heart, and the cold brew is genuinely the best I've had anywhere in the San Luis Valley."
"Stopped in during a road trip and ended up staying for three nights. The Sangre de Cristo Old Fashioned is a masterpiece, and the patio is pure magic at golden hour."
"We hosted our engagement dinner here and the team made it absolutely special. The food was incredible, the cocktails flowed, and the vibe was exactly what we wanted."
